When purchasing on this site, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions. Therefore, we recommend that you read the terms and conditions carefully before you purchase through our webshop.
Prices in the web shop are stated in euro (€) and include 24% VAT. Experience Workshop reserves the right to change the prices.
All items listed in the webshop are in stock. However, should we have any problems with our stock levels when receiving your order, we will kindly ask you to delay your purchase until you receive a notification that products are in stock again.
All merchandise remains property of Experience Workshop ay until full payment is received. The orderer must be over 18 years of age.
We ship orders via the shipit.fi service both in Finland and elsewhere. Customers in Finland receive their packages through the Finnish Post’s services. Customers in other EU-countries and elsewhere will be served by courier companies such as GLS or UPS. If you experience any problems during checkout, please contact us at email@example.com.
Delivery time and price varies between countries.

Changing or cancelling the order
Once you have paid the order, you can no longer make changes to it. Contact the customer service of Experience Workshop ay at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you notice that a product bought from the webshop is defective, as defined in applicable consumer legislation, you may submit a claim. All claims must be made as soon as possible after becoming aware of the respective defect by using the contact details stated in the webshop. In the event that a claim leads to the product(s) being returned, Experience Workshop ay shall be liable for any costs of delivery caused by such return(s).
Please note that you bear the risk of damage or loss of the products you have ordered when the product has been delivered to you. If the packaging appears to be damaged, please do not accept the shipment.
Exchange & Return
Products ordered from the online shop have a 14-day exchange and return right. In Finland you can leave the product to be returned at the post office or at Matkahuolto to be delivered to us as a so-called customer return. Fill in the return form and send it with the product to be returned. Experience Workshop ay will pay the postage for the return inside Finland. In case you have questions concerning the return of a product, contact us at email@example.com.
In returns from outside Finland the customer has to take care of postage him/herself. Outside of the EU you have 7 working days time to return the goods from the day you have received them. Please make your exchange item inquiries by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
In case of a return, the same payment method will be used as initially used for payment.
Items should be returned new, unused and in perfect condition. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Returns will be processed within 1-3 working days, from the day we have received the returned item. After we have received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, we will return the sum of the order.
